Special Coverage Of Election 2008
By Abby Goldstein on Monday, December 31, 2007.
As we head into the home stretch of the New Hampshire Primary, NHPR will be offering some special programming. Thursday, January 3rd, 10pm to midnight NPR is in Iowa and brings us a 2-hour live special on the Iowa Caucuses, hosted by NPR’s Robert Siegel and featuring NPR election veterans Linda Wertheimer, Mara Liasson, Ron Elving, Ken Rudin and reporters covering the state. Saturday, January 5th, 4-5 pm With less than a week until the New Hampshire primary, there’s not much time left to bone-up on the presidential platforms. But NHPR is here to help. Join host Jon Greenberg for a last minute primer on the candidates and the issues, after the Iowa caucuses, and before you go into the voting booth. If you’re still undecided, it’ll be your chance to call in with your questions. Sunday, January 6th, 2-5pm Join us for a tape-delayed broadcast of the ABC/WMUR Presidential Debates from Manchester. This special NPR coverage will be hosted by NPR’s Ron Elving and Ken Rudin and includes the entire Democratic and Republican presidential debates as well as analysis. Tuesday, January 8th, starting at 7 pm NHPR brings you special coverage on Primary Night hosted by Laura Knoy. She will be joined by Dante Scala and a team of NHPR reporters in the field. |
