Residents of Rye and Newington are abuzz with
proposals to secede from New Hampshire if the current school funding mechanism stays in place. These two towns are considered "donor towns", paying a statewide property tax that goes to help other towns fund schools. Laura talks with attorney Eugene Van Loan, Wadley, Starr and Peters, Buzz Scherr, Franklin Pierce Law Center, Bettey Tobey, founder of TRASH (Towns Revolting Against State Hijinks), and Pam Walsh, press secretary, office of the Governor.
