Some 60-judges from around the country have gathered at Concord?s Franklin Pierce Law Center to brush up on their skills this week. They?re attending two courses offered by the national judicial college. Judge Bill Williams and Judge Gene Cohen described the gathering to N-H-P-R?s Trish Anderton. Cohen admitted the class he?s teaching on ?decision making? may seem a little basic.
