In his latest New Hampshire trip, Obama stresses reforming government and restoring America's international reputation.
Senator Barack Obama promoted his plan to change government as he campaigned across the state Monday.
During a rally in Nashua, the Democratic presidential hopeful told a crowd of hundreds that he's going to change the tone of Washington and limit the influence of lobbyists.
He also says that America is going to need real leadership in order to change the country's stature abroad.
"I want to go before the United Nations and say, America's back. And we're back ready to lead by our example, so we're going to work with you, not only on terrorism and nuclear proliferation, but we're going to work with you on climate change. We're going to work with you on the genocide in Darfur to bring an end to that travesty."
Obama also says he wants to close Guantanamo and restore civil liberties.
He spoke earlier in the day in Keene and Hanover.
