A New Face for the State Supreme Court

Testifying at his confirmation hearing yesterday, NH Supreme Court nominee James Duggan described himself as a pragmatist and outlined procedural changes that would help restore public confidence in the integrity of the court. Coming on the heels of the impeachment trial of Chief Justice David Brock, Duggan's nomination is widely supported, as many see him representing a change of tone in the high court.
