Deadbeat Parents

You've probably seen the posters: "WANTED! New Hampshire's Non-Supporting Parents!" They display photos of offenders, but offer little insight into who these people are, who they've left behind, and what went wrong in the first place. We'll take a closer look at problems caused by New Hampshire's deadbeat parents and what to do about them.
