Hillary Clinton Speaks in Manchester

New York U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton spoke in Manchester on a campaign visit to New Hampshire. She spoke to a crowd at the Manchester School of Technology to outline what she called a new progressive plan to address growing income inequality in America.
