Today is Friday and that means it's the day we check in with the soldiers of the 36-43rd Company of the New Hampshire National Guard.

The 36-43rd is a maintenance company stationed in Concord, but its 150 men and women are currently in Iraq guarding a detention center outside Baghdad.

They've been there since the fall.

Today NHPR's Mark Bevis speaks with Staff Sergeant Clyde Lewis.
