Chris Dodd Speaks in Concord

Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd spoke in Concord at a lunch with New Hampshire Senate and House Democratic leaders. The speech was part of a two-day campaign trip through the state, including stops in Portsmouth, Bedford and Keene.
