Maine Bill Would Require College Applications

It's not easy for all high school students to move on to college.

Some are held back by money, some by a lack of education.

But over in Maine, lawmakers have introduced legislation that aims to help more graduates make it to the next step.

Maine Public Radio's Murray Carpenter reports.
