A Letter from Iraq: Sgt. Lucian Comeau

The members of the 36-43rd have very little contact with Iraqis, with one small exception: men like Sergeant Comeau who oversee the movement of Iraqi prisoners recruit and use certain detainees as go betweens to deal with the rest of the prisoners.
