In an effort to create more of a participatory relationship with New Hampshire residents, NHPR conducts Sounding Board meetings throughout the state. Program Director Abby Goldstein and members of the NHPR management staff travel to the various communities served by NHPR and hold community forums where listeners would have the chance to offer feedback about NHPR and engage in open dialogue about the important issue they face in their regions every day and how NHPR covers those issues. As New Hampshire Public Radio open the doors to participatory media, the Sounding Board project can help us create contacts to help us deepen our coverage and invite our listeners to be a more integral part of NHPR.
