On Election Day, New Hampshire voters will decide how far the government’s powers to take private property should go…through a proposed amendment to the state constitution. We’ll look at both sides of the Eminent Domain issue and see how it may play out in November. Laura's guests are Cordell Johnston, Government Affairs Attorney for the NH Municipal Assocation and Robert Giuda, State Representative from Warren and former Deputy Majority Leader who has served on the Ways and Means Committee and Labor Committee. He co-sponsored with Senator Dick Green the legislation under consideration for this constitutional amendment. We'll also hear from Martin Gross, a Concord Attorney who was formerly Mayor of Concord from 1976-1982.
