A citizens commission formed last year to look at ways of improving New Hampshire's court system has just released its report. The commission calls for improvements in customer service and gave several recommendations, including a toll-free help line and the appointment of a judicial branch ombudsman to address public concerns raised about the court system. We'll look at what the commission found, its recommendations and how the court will use this report to move forward. Laura's guests are Will Abbott, Vice-President of the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests and Co-Chair of the NH Citizens Commission on the State Courts and Ann McLane-Kuster, Attorney with Rath, Young and Pignatelli in Concord and member of the NH Citizens Commission on the State Courts.
