At the end of the NHDMV motorcycle training course, those who passed recieved a signed waiver. The waiver releases the rider from having to take the driving test when going for their motorcycle liscense, and in some cases, lowers the insurance rates on their motorcycles. Seen here, and appropriately on Mother's Day, Pamela Kasper, a mother herself, passes the course and recieves her waiver. (Cheryl Senter, NHPR)
