Author Russell Banks

New England-born writer Russell Banks is the author of numerous short stories and novels including "The Sweet Hereafter," "Affliction," and the historical novel "Cloudsplitter." On today's Front Porch he'll discuss his novel The Darling and the development of his characters and the role his own background plays in his writing.
