Several New England states are buying oil at a discounted price from the Latin American Country. New Hampshire is looking into the plan. States say they're just helping citizens stay warm, but the politics behind the deal are impossible to ignore. U.S. relations with the left leaning Venezuelan government have long been strained. We'll take a closer look. Laura is joined by Massood Samii, Chairman of the International Business Department at Southern New Hampshire University and former OPEC economists and John Carey, Professor in the Department of Government at Dartmouth College with a focus in Latin American politics. We'll also hear from Pam Walsh, spokesperson for Governor John Lynch, and New Hampshire Senator John Sununu.
