Alito Hearings Preview

The long time conservative lawyer and judge is President Bush’s choice to become the one hundred and tenth Justice to the US Supreme Court. Samuel Alito, Jr.'s confirmation hearings begin today and will include some tension- a Senate showdown, posturing activists and maybe, just maybe - a Democratic filibuster. We’ll look at the nominee, his past, his present and his possible future as a Supreme Court Justice.
