The remains of two bodies discovered in Ohio may be those of two New Hampshire children missing for more than two years.

Reporter Julie Grant of WKSU has more.

Authorities say a woman walking her dog near the city of Hudson, south of Cleveland, called police late Thursday afternoon and reported finding two shallow graves along the Ohio Turnpike. Hudson's Jody Roberts says they found the skeletal remains of two bodies wrapped in plastic. The FBI is exhuming the bones. Roberts says they're looking into whether the bodies are those of Sarah and Philip Gehring.

: Obviously there's a possibility. There's some similarities that could link this- but any strong links at this point would be premature.:

The 14 year old girl and her 11 year old brother have been missing and presumed dead since 2003. Before killing himself in prison, their father, Manuel Gehring, confessed to murdering the children, wrapping them in plastic and burying them somewhere near interstate 80.
