Folk music is alive and well in New Hampshire!!! We had a great response during our fund drive during the Folk Show. Thank you!
And then, Tim O’Brien stopped by and played in our studio AND we got news that our friend David Francey won a Juno award at the Juno Awards ceremony in Calgary, Alberta! His album, Right of Passage won Best Roots and Traditional Album of the Year: Solo. Newmarket , New Hampshire’s Craig Werth co-produced, arranged and performed on all 13 pieces on the album. (Craig’s a great songwriter, too. His album Loose Gems is in fact a “gem.) Congratulations to Craig Werth and his wife Liz and David Francey and his wife Beth. This award could not have gone to nicer folks.
