New Hampshire Envirothon

In New Hampshire Envirothon students work in teams to solve real-life environmental and natural resourcss problems. Cliff Lerner is the Envirothon team advisor at Keene High School, and says the program is one of the most motivating activities for his students.

City Year

After finishing college, Beth wanted to devote some time to community service in her hometown of Manchester. City Year New Hampshire provided her with an opportunity to serve her city.

Child and Family Services

Child and Family Services’ Street Outreach Team reaches out to homeless and at-risk youth in Manchester. Beth Sullivan was a homeless 18-year-old when she first came to the center. Her husband, Matt Sullivan, also comes to the center almost daily.

Crotched Mountain Foundation

In 2007 Matthew Pratt was in a car accident; his neck was fractured and he suffered a brain injury. Doctors, nurses and therapists at the Crotched Mountain Foundation helped Matthew recover.

The Music Hall

The Music Hall in Portsmouth has been designated as an “American Treasure” by the National Park Service. To Dean Diggins, the Music Hall is also a family treasure.
