Will the 9th Time Be a Charm?

Residents in Marlborough are once again heading to the Marlborough School April 8 to vote.

Eight times they’ve turned down a proposal for a new, $11.2 million dollar school.

A powerful minority has kept the project from going forward so far.

It’s turned into a classic fight in cash-strapped New Hampshire schools.

First In The Nation Resomation?

Go to a funeral home and the major decision is burial or cremation. But in New Hampshire there could soon be another option: alkaline hydrolysis, or resomation. The technique -- which is used to dispose of animals, and cadavers used in medical research -- dissolves bodies in a pressurized mix of lye and hot water.
