Their evaluation looked at the causes of the April 07 and May 06 floods and whether dam operations made flooding worse. As New Hampshire Public Radio’s Amy Quinton reports, many residents were surprised by some of the initial findings. Who's Gonna Pay for Hannafords' Security Breach?By Barbara Cariddi on Wednesday, March 19, 2008.Earlier this week the supermarket chain Hannafords announced that some 4 point 2 million of its customers' credit and debit card numbers were exposed and at least 18 hundred stolen by hackers. No personal information, like names and addresses, was taken, but the breach involved all of the chains 165 stores in the northeast. Consumers, banks, and credit card companies are still trying to figure out how much damage was done and who's going to have to pay for it.
