But many people who take them in soon realize they don't always make good pets. This is where Fred Keating comes in. The Chatham, New Hampshire resident provides a home for unwanted wolf dogs that have already been taken into captivity. NHPR Correspondent Julia Davis visited his refuge and files this story. listen:
