Women's Support for Hillary Clinton is Not Universal

For the first time, American voters have a viable female candidate for president.

New York Senator Hillary Clinton has money, political experience, and pedigree.

One might assume for much of the female Democratic base- she's a dream come true.

But New Hampshire Public Radio's Dan Gorenstein reports not all women democrats are ready to jump on the Hillary bandwagon.

The Impact of No Child Left Behind on New Hampshire

191 schools in New Hampshire are in need of some form of improvement, according to the recent release of Adequate Yearly Progress reports as required under the federal No Child Left Behind Law. Two school districts, Manchester and Rochester, were pegged as needing "corrective action" and will have the state education department play more of a direct role in helping them to improve. We'll see what these results mean for the Granite State as well as how well NCLB is working for our schools and school districts.

The New England band Twinemen has evolved a unique sound from its roots in the Boston-based band Morphine. The band's made up of Dana Colley, Billy Conway, and Laurie Sargent, and tonight they're going to play live in the Front Porch studios. They've got a new CD, Twinetime; we'll talk with them about the ways it reflects their distinctive, sophisticated alt-rock sound.
