The award has been given to authors each year since 1965 by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America. Among the winners for 2007 is New Hampshire's own James Patrick Kelly, whose book "Burn" won for best novella. listen:

Lawmakers, public employees and retirees in general agree that reforms are needed. But the questions of how much needs to be done and who should pay for it are still under dispute.
