By Liz Bulkley on Tuesday, May 22, 2007.

In his book Before, novelist Joseph Hurka tells a tale of terror and loss, and the role that memory can play in our lives. We'll talk with the award-winning author about the ways he weaves his father's experiences as a young resistance fighter in Czechoslavaki under Hitler into a 21st century story, on the eve of 9/11. By Laura Knoy on Tuesday, May 22, 2007.

The New Hampshire legislature is considering a new bill that would make changes to the current system to hold these rescue companies accountable and to give the consumer more power for legal recourse.
