Seat Belt Debate Roils Senate Hearing

The State Senate gathered testimony Monday on a plan that would require adults to wear seatbelts. New Hampshire is the only state without mandatory seatbelts, and has the lowest rate of seatbelt use in the country.

Open Mic in Exeter on All Things Presidential: Primary Place #6
