For most of us, black flies are one of the worst parts of summer. But as it turns out, they have some good qualities, too.

At the end of the NHDMV motorcycle training course, those who passed recieved a signed waiver. The waiver releases the rider from having to take the driving test when going for their motorcycle liscense, and in some cases, lowers the insurance rates on their motorcycles.
