There are over 20 red deer and elk farms scattered around New Hampshire. On every one of those farms, it’s now illegal for a farmer to allow someone to come onto their property and pay to shoot either of these animals for any purpose. A bill that has passed the House and is scheduled to come before the State Senate on Thursday would change that rule. But the idea has been met with intense opposition.
