Playing the Ed Funding Game

By Laura Knoy on Monday, March 27, 2006.

We’re going to play a game today and you’re invited to be a contestant as we try to figure out how to pay for public schools. The only rule- you can’t do it with the current system. Maybe it’s an income tax, sales tax, tax on second homes or something no one’s thought of before. Whatever it is, bring your ideas as we spin the wheel on school funding. Laura's guest is Kevin Landrigan, State House Reporter for the Nashua Telegraph. We'll also hear from Doug Hall, Executive Director of the NH Center for Public Policy Study, Fred Bramante, Former Chairman of the State Board of Education and Guy MacMillin, Editorial Page Editor for the Keene Sentinel. Other guests TBA.
