Governor Lynch's approval ratings are sky high. But that doesn't mean everything is smooth sailing. It looks like education funding is headed back to the Supreme Court and some are blaming him for the possibility that New Hampshire's "first in the nation" primary status looks threatened. We'll talk with him about this and about his major policy initiatives like raising the the high school drop out age and cracking down on sex offenders.
