A great deal of attention has been paid to the economic woes of Berlin and other North Country towns.

That's especially true after last week's announcement that Fraser Paper plans to close the Burgess pulp mill.

But one North Country community is enjoying the benefits of a new found popularity.

At the same time, however, it's beginning to reel from the blows of unchecked growth.
