Confectionary architects from all over the state have entered the Canterbury Shaker Village's Annual Gingerbread Showcase. Over thirty people have entered. And because it travels such distances, the food we buy can have a big impact on the environment. But a movement is growing across the country that encourages people to look for local ingredients for their meals.
