A former Manchester alderman files a lawsuit claiming that the state's top Democratic Party officials conspired with the candidate who defeated him, to deprive him of his right to seek office last year.

New Hampshire Philharmonic on Kodaly's "Hary Janos Suite"

The New Hampshire Philharmonic opens its 102nd season this weekend with a concert featuring Mozart, Respighi and Hungarian composer Zoltan Kodaly. Kodaly was a compatriot of composer Bela Bartok and both men drew from the folk traditions of their native country, but Kodaly's music was distinct in its simple, more common style. We'll talk with the Philharmonic's artistic director, Anthony Princiotti, about Kodaly and his Hary Janos Suite

Congressional Candidate Charlie Bass

The six term Republican incumbent for Congressional District Two prides himself on being an independent and moderate who has followed the administration on some things and broken from his party on others...most notably drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and in the ouster of House Majority Leader Tom Delay. With recent negative public sentiment about the war in Iraq, Charlie Bass's Democratic opponent Paul Hodes has taken the opportunity to attack him on his support of President Bush's Iraq plan. We'll sit down with Charlie Bass and ask him about the issues, including the war in Iraq and his thoughts on the strong showing in the polls by his Democratic opponent in this year's CD2 race.
