  US Supreme Court Rules Lower Court to Decide NotificationBy Dan Gorenstein on Wednesday, January 18, 2006.The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on New Hampshire's parental notification case. The nine justices unanimously decided lower federal courts went too far in saying the state's law is unconstitutional. As New Hampshire Public Radio's Dan Gorenstein reports both supporters and opponents of the law in the state are claiming victory.
