The Champions are 13 and 14 year old girls. On Sunday, they beat top-ranked Maryland 8-to-0 to win the Babe Ruth U-14 National Invitational Tournament in Sparta, New Jersey. Staying out of the criminal justice system, is a difficult thing to do. Jill Boisvert has stayed out for five years. When she went in, she was 28 and had five children, including an infant daughter.
