Mobile home park residents forming a Co-op to purchase the land their homes sit on usually gives the impression of people coming together.
But that's not always the case. New Hampshire Public Radio's Dan Gorenstein went to Goffstown, and found a community divided over whether the Co-op or a national company should become the new owners.
