Mobile Home Park Sale Splits Community

Mobile home park residents forming a Co-op to purchase the land their homes sit on usually gives the impression of people coming together.
But that's not always the case. New Hampshire Public Radio's Dan Gorenstein went to Goffstown, and found a community divided over whether the Co-op or a national company should become the new owners.

Justice in Iraq

Justice Nadeau that is... Just back from Slovakia, New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice Joseph Nadeau recently advised nineteen Iraqi judges on drafting their constitution and all things that have to do with judging from writing judicial code to evaluation. Today on the Exchange, we?ll talk with him about his trip and ask how he sees democracy shaping up in Iraq.

The Old Ball Game

Baseball came to Manchester 130 years ago, but it didn't exactly look like the same game we play today. We'll travel back in time to learn the origins of New Hampshire baseball (or "Base Ball") with Marylou Ashooh Lazos, curator of the Manchester Millyard Museum's exhibit on the subject. We'll also talk with Jon "Bang Bang" Pistey, who still plays by the old rules in a vintage baseball league called the Essex Base Ball Club.
