THE BILL WAS FILED BY REPRESENTATIVES FROM PLYMOUTH, HOME TO PLYMOUTH STATE UNIVERSITY. THEY WANT THE STATE TO ADDRESS THE GROWING TENSION BETWEEN THE SCHOOL AND THEIR TOWN.
