AND THE GOVERNOR HAS SAID HE WON'T VETO IT. THE PLAN SPENDS ABOUT 40 MILLION DOLLARS A YEAR MORE OVER THE NEXT TWO YEARS THAN THE STATE SPENT THIS PAST YEAR. He won two US championships, was a regular at the top of the World Cup standings, and was on two US Olympic Teams. Today, he's working to buy the former Whaleback Ski Area in Enfield and transform it into an all-season center for action sports for people of all abilities.
