NEW HAMPSHIRE SENATOR JUDD GREGG IS FILING A BILL DESIGNED TO REDUCE THE COSTS OF MEDICAL LIABILITY INSURANCE.

NEW HAMPSHIRE DOCTORS SAY IT'S A CRISIS.

LAWYERS SAY THIS ISN'T THE WAY TO FIX IT.

Democrats Choose Dean
