Epping police say their department is already strained answering emergency calls at the Wal-mart – the extra hours would only exacerbate the problem. As New Hampshire Public Radio’s Amy Quinton reports, the debate has small towns like Epping weighing whether the big box retailers are paying their fair share of the cost of providing services. |
