Report Raises Concerns about Governor, Commissioner

A new report finds the investigation into former Attorney General Peter Heed's misconduct may have been interfered with.

The report, conducted by a county attorney, calls into question the roles of the Commissioner of Safety and Governor Benson.

The Tales of the Whale

Roger Payne is a renowned researcher and advocate for the oceans and its whales. He is also the President of Ocean Alliance. It is involved in a massive study of the ocean environment. Roger was the co-discoverer of whale songs and produced the best-selling album, Songs of the Humpback Whale. He�ll talk about his career and the state of the oceans and the whales.

Dr. Seuss Turns 100 (REBROADCAST)

Massachusetts-born Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, would be one hundred this year if he were still alive. We'll look at the legacy of the author and artist and see what impact he had on American culture and literature. Mike Arnold hosts. His guest is Philip Nel, Assistant Professor of English at Kansas State University and author of "Dr. Seuss: American Icon". We'll also hear from Richard Minear, Professor of History at the University of Massachusetts Amherts, one of the country's leading historians on Japan during WWII and author of "Dr. Seuss goes to War: The World War II Editorial Cartoons of Theodor Seuss Geisel."
