Washington lawyer Daniel B. Silver has been in private international law practice for most of his career. He has served as General Counsel to the National Security Agency, the CIA, and a House of Representatives investigative committee, has been an adjunct professor and Distinguished Professor from Practice at the Georgetown Law Center, is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is a board member of several Washington cultural institutions.
