 Promoting the New Hampshire PrimaryBy Jon Greenberg on Monday, July 26, 2004.New Hampshire delegates to the Democratic convention in Boston are on a mission perhaps only slightly less important than nominating their candidate for president. They are emissaries in the cause of protecting the state's first in the nation primary. The New Hampshire Political Library has armed them with a small booklet whose title describes the state as "The time tested presidential primary proving ground".
