BOTH STATE HOUSES HAVE TO AGREE TO THE PLAN....AND SO DOES CONGRESS. IN THE MEANTIME, HOWEVER, NEW HAMPSHIRE WRITER KEN SHELDON SUGGESTS KILLINGTON RESIDENTS THINK HARD ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO. They have approved a Constitutional Amendment that would make access to health care a right. Even if all goes as supporters hope, the process will still take years to complete.
