 Boston Commuters BewareBy Rakhee Vemulapalli on Tuesday, July 13, 2004.New Hampshire commuters trying to get into Boston during the Democratic National Convention should expect some hurdles on their way into the city. During the last week of July, roads will be closed. Trains won't be running. And with thousands of delegates and even more journalists, traffic will be more than heavy in a town known for congestion.
