The final environmental impact statement for widening interstate 93 is finished. That means in a little over 30 days, the Federal Highway Administration is expected to provide the final thumbs up or thumbs down on a project that's been in the planning stages for a dozen years. Before the FHA rules, however, interested parties have what may be their last chance to comment.
