A recent survey of children's healthcare in Manchester counted approximately 25-hundred kids who don't have access to a primary care doctor. The many reasons why these kids aren't getting basic healthcare are complicated. But a group of doctors, public health officials, and community leaders say they have a plan to do something about it.
